I have always been fascinated by people and what makes them tick, thrive and ultimately ‘be happy’.
For the past 20 years I have spent time reading, researching, travelling and training to learn more about us wonderful human beings and what makes us truly happy.
In my adult life, I have lived and worked in three different continents: Europe, Australasia and Africa. This has given me the opportunity to meet and work with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and cultures.
The conclusion I have found is that we are all very similar: the same stuff holds us back, we get stuck in the same patterns of thinking, and underneath all of our different expressions and identities we all have the same fundamental psychological human needs.
In my work as a qualified Life Coach, my aim is to help people to live happier, more fulfilling lives, and to let go of the things that are holding them back, causing them unnecessary worry or suffering, and holding them back from living life to the full.
We only have one life and I believe in doing all we can to give it our best shot.
As a Coach, 50% of my skills come from personal life experience; we all develop skills across life, especially the larger the challenges: the more that we grow.
The other 50% is from training and certification across a number of important modalities. My core training is as an InnerLifeSkills Master Coach, an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited certification. In addition, with my fasciation of the mind, I have trained as a fully qualified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, as well as training in one of the world’s most transformative therapy processes: The Journey.
